| "The game simulates a roulette wheel. Up to four persons can play. Each player has £100 to stake. The wheel has on it numbers 1 to 9, duplicated. One of each number is coloured black. The other is red. You bet on a number and a colour either red or black. A successful bet on an even number wins seven times the bet of the winner.
